"Favor Like a Shield" is a pastoral blog authored by Christian Lee. Christian and his wife, Erin, are the lead pastors of New Philadelphia Church, an English-speaking, Spirit-filled ministry in Korea.

As a college student, Christian served as a student leader for Korea Campus Crusade for Christ and then went on to serve as a full-time staff with the ministry for 7 years. In 2008, he became the lead pastor of the English-speaking ministry of Jeil Sungdo Presbyterian Church in Seoul, Korea. After one year, he established the ministry with a new name, calling it "New Philadelphia Church". In 2011, his wife Erin was established as the lead pastor alongside Christian and they have been giving leadership to the church ever since. Christian is currently studying part-time toward an M.Div. degree at Torch Trinity Graduate University.
